Financing for land clearing and dirt work with TRP Land Clearing & Excavation starts with a soft credit check to see what you qualify for, and it needs no collateral. Ask about it when you call or during the free on-site walkthrough. The amount you finance comes from the written estimate, so you know what the job covers before you decide how to pay for it.
Clearing a homesite, opening up a pasture or building a pad is often a bigger bill than people expect to pay all at once. Financing lets the work happen when the land needs it instead of when the savings account allows. This is how it works with us, in plain terms.
It Starts With a Written Estimate
Nothing gets financed against a guess. We walk the property first and put a written number in your hands that says what the job covers: what gets cleared, what happens to the debris, and what the ground looks like on the last day. That written estimate is the amount financing is based on, so you are never borrowing against a figure that changes once the machine is on the property.
A Soft Credit Check to See What You Qualify For
Checking what you qualify for uses a soft credit check. You can see your options before you commit to anything, and you are not obligated to take an offer just because you looked at it.
No Collateral
Financing does not put your land, your house or your truck up as collateral. You are paying for the work, not pledging the property it was done on.
Who Sets the Terms
The amount you can borrow, the length of the loan and the rate are set by the lender based on your application, not by us. We will not quote you a monthly payment or a rate over the phone, because we would be guessing at a number that is not ours to give. When you see actual terms, they come from the lender with the details in writing.
How to Ask About It
Bring it up when you call or during the walkthrough. It does not change the estimate, the schedule or how the job is done. If paying in full works better for you, that is fine too, and nothing about the job is different either way.
