That is all we need to start. Call, or send it through the form and tell us roughly what you want the land to do.
We open your property and read the ground
Satellite first, then a topographic overlay so we can see which way it falls and where the water already wants to go. In Southeast Texas that is usually what decides the job.
We draw the work on your land
Every area gets outlined on the map — the clearing, the pad, the pond, the drive, the culvert — and each shape is measured as it is drawn. Acres, square feet, linear feet.
You get a written number, with the map on it
Each drawn area becomes its own line on the quote, so you can see what every part costs and drop anything you do not want. The map comes with it.

The maps on our quotes come out of ServiceStorm, the field service software Karl builds. The property-mapping and estimating side of it was built for exactly this kind of work — land clearing, excavation and site development, where the job is an area on the ground rather than a fixture in a building. TRP runs on it, which is the whole point: the tools get worked on our own dirt before anyone else touches them.
Satellite and topographic base maps
Your parcel in aerial view, with a contour overlay that shows the fall of the land. Dirt work is a water problem before it is a machine problem, and this is where that gets settled.
Draw-to-measure work areas
Polygons, circles and runs drawn straight onto the property. Each one returns its own acreage, square footage or linear feet as it is drawn, so nothing on the quote is a guess at a number.
Every area priced on its own line
Each shape carries a service and a unit rate, so a measured area becomes a priced line item. You can see what the pond costs separately from the pad, and cut either one.
The map travels with the quote
It is attached to what you receive, not just something we looked at in the truck. You keep the drawing of your own property with the numbers beside it.
