Meet the Owner
Karl Gillihan
Second generation in logging, farming, land development, and heavy equipment. Karl learned the business from the seat of a machine before he ever wrote a line of code. He has spent 15 years in and out of refineries and plants across the Gulf Coast, and carries a TWIC card, OSHA 10 and 30, and Basic Plus, so gate access, site safety orientations and permit-to-work are routine for him, not a first visit.
He now owns and operates software companies while continuing to run a land clearing and excavation company. That combination is the point. The tools he builds get tested on real dirt, real crews, and real margins before anyone else touches them.
The goal is simple: help his own company run better, then hand that same advantage to other contractors so the whole industry gets more profitable.
